[Data Cleaning] Dialog

The [Data Cleaning] dialog is used to set the conditions for removing noise and outliers.

The [Data Cleaning] dialog is displayed by selecting [Data Cleaning] of [Data Quality] on the [Gate Tools] tab of the ribbon.

  1. [Batch Other Samples]

    Displays the [Sample Selection] dialog to run batch data cleaning for multiple samples. The number of samples to be batch processed is displayed on the right side of the button. For details about the operation, see “Running Batch Data Cleaning.”

  2. [Fluorochromes] List

    Selects the fluorochromes to use as inputs.

  3. [Perform Auto Adjust (Biexponential) as pre-process]

    Place a check mark in this checkbox to run auto adjust (biexponential) as a pre-process for those fluorochromes selected as inputs which do not have a plot on the worksheet.

  4. [Data Cleaning]

    Specifies the algorithm to use. You can select the following algorithms.

    • [PeacoQC]
    • [flowAI]
    • [flowCut]
    • [flowClean]
  5. [OK]

    Runs data cleaning.

    Running data cleaning generates a new gate. The generated gate includes only events determined to be of good quality by the algorithm.

  6. [Cancel]

    Cancels the settings and closes the dialog.
