Workflow
This topic describes the basic procedures to view the data of ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer in the Spectral Flow Analysis software, and perform advance analysis.
- Export the data from the ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer.

- Log in to Spectral Flow Analysis.
- For details about the operating procedure, see “Logging In for the First Time” and “Logging In from the Second and Subsequent Time.”
- Import the exported data into the Spectral Flow Analysis software.

- Select the data to be analyzed and view the results of analysis in the ID7000 Spectral Cell Analyzer.

- Open the [Analysis] tab.

- Add and edit plots or create gates, then analyze the data.
