MST Plots

The following menu commands are displayed when right-clicking an MST plot on the worksheet.

[Graph Mode]

Selects the graph mode for the MST plot. Select from [Star], [Population Pie], and [Median Marker Value]. This function is the same as on the toolbar for the MST plot.

[Operation Mode]

Selects the operation mode. Select from [Cluster Selection], [Meta Cluster Selection], [Marquee Zoom], and [Back Gating].

[Create a Child Plot]

Adds a child plot for the selected gate. This function is the same as [New Child Plot] on the [Gate Tools] tab of the ribbon.

[Show Meta]

Displays the meta clusters.

[Constant Size]

Displays the circles of meta clusters at a constant size. The circle size can be changed in the properties of the MST plot.

[Merge to existing Meta Cluster]

Merges the selected meta cluster with another meta cluster.

[Create new Meta Cluster]

Creates a new meta cluster.

[Revert to original Meta Cluster]

Reverts to the original meta cluster.

[Show Heatmap]

Displays the heatmap.

[Show Star Chart Legend]

Selects the markers to display when star chart.

[Show Meta Cluster Star Chart]

Displays a start chart on a meta cluster basis when star chart.

[Reset]

Returns to the state immediately before the operation was executed.

[Copy to Clipboard]

Copies the selected plot to the clipboard so that it can be pasted in other software for use in a report or other content.

[Properties]

Displays the properties for the selected plot.

[Remove]

Removes the MST plot. When the MST plot is removed, the clustering results are also removed.

This menu command is displayed when right-clicking the frame part of an MST plot.
