Running Batch Data Cleaning
You can run batch data cleaning for multiple samples.

Transfer the samples for which to run data cleaning to the [Analysis] tab with [Start Analysis] in advance.

Display the [Data Cleaning] dialog, then click [Batch Other Samples].
The [Sample Selection] dialog appears.

Place check marks in the checkboxes of the samples for which to run data cleaning, then click [OK].
The dialog displays all of the samples on the [Analysis] tab.
Selected samples that can be data cleaned are displayed.
The following samples are excluded.
- Sample where a gate selected as a target for running data cleaning does not exist
- Sample where there is no fluorochrome selected in the [Fluorochrome] list

Check the message, then click [OK].
The number of samples to be data cleaned is displayed.

Click [OK] to run data cleaning.
When batch data cleaning ends, new gates are generated.

- The setting information from when data cleaning was run is displayed in the properties of gates generated by data cleaning. For details, see “[Gate Properties] Dialog (Properties for Gates Generated by Data Cleaning).”
